Website and scope
These terms govern access to shoplbas.ma under the ShopLbas business name. Purchases are governed separately by the Terms of sale. Reading the website alone does not place an order, accept a sale or give marketing consent. Use the product information and model-specific measurements to make your selection.
Responsible use
Use the site lawfully. Submit accurate details for an order you are authorized to place. Do not send another person’s details without authority, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service or use the forms for spam. Abusive requests may be rejected without removing applicable consumer rights.
Content and intellectual property
The ShopLbas dress logo, original site content and presentation must not be reproduced commercially without permission where protected. Third-party fonts, libraries and product photographs remain subject to their own rights and licences. Nothing here restricts lawful quotation, private use or other statutory exceptions. Product photographs illustrate the supplied models and colourways; their presence does not establish stock quantities.
