Inspect before paying

You may open and inspect the product with the delivery person before payment. If you do not want it, tell the courier, do not keep the item and hand it back immediately with that same courier. You pay nothing: neither the product price nor a delivery or refusal charge.

After acceptance and payment

ShopLbas does not offer additional voluntary returns or exchanges after the customer has inspected, accepted and paid for the product. This store policy does not exclude withdrawal rights, legal guarantees or remedies that apply under Moroccan law. Inspection before payment is not a waiver of those rights.

Statutory withdrawal

For eligible Moroccan distance sales, withdrawal is available within 7 clear days from receipt, without reasons or penalties, subject to lawful exceptions and any applicable return costs. The period becomes 30 days if required written information is not confirmed. Refunds of amounts paid are due without delay, within 15 days of exercising withdrawal (Law 31-08, articles 36–38 and 203).

Notify ShopLbas

Email contact@shoplbas.ma with your order reference, the item, receipt date and a clear description of your request. Keep proof of the message. The optional wording below can be used for withdrawal, but a clear statement in your own words is also accepted.

Faulty or incorrect items

A defect or wrong item discovered after payment is not treated as an excluded voluntary return. Contact contact@shoplbas.ma so the appropriate remedy and return arrangements can be assessed under the applicable law. Inspection at delivery does not waive hidden-defect or other mandatory protections.

Return instructions and refunds

For a return required by law, contact ShopLbas before sending a parcel so you can receive the appropriate instructions. Keep the item protected and retain proof of dispatch. Any applicable return costs and the refund method for a cash payment are handled according to the law and the reason for return; free initial delivery does not itself promise free post-payment return shipping.

Product-specific exceptions

Only an applicable lawful exception may restrict statutory withdrawal. Any such exception must be identified before purchase. Choosing a normal stock size or colour does not by itself make an item custom-made. No extra voluntary return or exchange window is advertised.
