Delivery policy
Free delivery to every city in Morocco, with inspection before payment.

ShopLbas delivers to every city in Morocco. Delivery costs 0 MAD; there is no delivery fee added to the price of accepted products. International delivery is not offered.
Delivery timeframe
The delivery estimate is 24–48 hours from order confirmation, on working days. Weekends are not counted as working days. If a holiday, exceptional event or delivery difficulty affects your order, contact contact@shoplbas.ma for the updated status.
Inspect before paying
You may open and inspect the product with the delivery person before payment. If you do not want it, tell the courier, do not keep the item and hand it back immediately with that same courier. You pay nothing: neither the product price nor a delivery or refusal charge.
Cash on delivery
If you accept the product after inspection, pay the confirmed price of the products you accept. Delivery remains free. If a parcel contains several items, tell the courier clearly which items you accept before paying; do not assume a partial-payment arrangement without checking it with the courier or ShopLbas.
Delivery details and corrections
Provide a correct city, delivery address and reachable phone number. Contact contact@shoplbas.ma promptly if these details need correction or you wish to cancel before dispatch. Keep your order reference for support.
Delayed, damaged or incorrect deliveries
You can refuse an unwanted, damaged or incorrect item before payment using the free-refusal procedure above. For an issue discovered after acceptance, email contact@shoplbas.ma with the order reference and a description. Photographs may help, but the inspection procedure does not remove applicable legal remedies.
