Inspect before paying
You may open and inspect the product with the delivery person before payment. If you do not want it, tell the courier, do not keep the item and hand it back immediately with that same courier. You pay nothing: neither the product price nor a delivery or refusal charge.
Scope and business contact
These terms concern clothing offered by ShopLbas to customers in Morocco. For assistance contact contact@shoplbas.ma. Arabic, French and English versions are available; none is intended to restrict mandatory consumer rights.
Placing an order request
Select the exact colour, garment size and quantity, review the MAD total and delivery details, and send your order request. Delivery is free across Morocco and payment is in cash after inspection with the courier. A saved reference acknowledges receipt of the request; it does not mean the seller has confirmed availability or dispatched an item.
Product information and availability
Product pages show the supplied descriptions, photographs, prices, colours and model-specific sizes and measurements. Accessories used for styling are excluded unless expressly included. For composition or care details not listed, contact ShopLbas before ordering. If an item becomes unavailable, we will tell you; a substitution requires your agreement. Screen colour differences do not excuse a materially different item.
Prices and payment
Prices are stated in Moroccan dirhams (MAD). Delivery is free to every city in Morocco. Pay the confirmed price of accepted items in cash after inspection; refused items handed back immediately to the same courier incur no charge. The full payable amount must be clear before accepting an order.
Order and confirmation
After receiving your request, ShopLbas confirms availability, delivery arrangements and acceptance separately. An automatic acknowledgement alone is not acceptance by the seller. Keep your reference and a copy of the terms and confirmed order details. For corrections, cancellation or a written copy of the confirmation, contact contact@shoplbas.ma or the ShopLbas WhatsApp number.
Delivery and cancellation
We deliver free to all Moroccan cities, with an estimated timeframe of 24–48 hours from order confirmation on working days. For a correction or cancellation request before dispatch, email contact@shoplbas.ma promptly. At delivery, the inspection and free-refusal policy applies.
After acceptance and payment
ShopLbas does not offer additional voluntary returns or exchanges after the customer has inspected, accepted and paid for the product. This store policy does not exclude withdrawal rights, legal guarantees or remedies that apply under Moroccan law. Inspection before payment is not a waiver of those rights.
Complaints, applicable law and changes
Keep the order reference and a description of the problem, and use contact@shoplbas.ma. Moroccan law is the intended framework for this Morocco-only store, without restricting mandatory consumer remedies or competent courts. A later version applies to future transactions and does not rewrite an earlier accepted order.
